BirdGang Nation (Philadelphia Eagles Super Fans) is an independent Philadelphia Eagles fan community platform providing podcast content, news aggregation, membership services, giveaways, fan engagement features, and community tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Philadelphia Eagles, the National Football League (NFL), or any of their affiliates.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

Paid memberships (Rookie, Pro, MVP tiers) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Membership benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice. XP earned through membership are non-transferable and have no cash value.

By submitting content (reviews, locations, photos, links, comments), you grant BirdGang Nation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform. You retain ownership of your original content. You must not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

Giveaways are subject to individual rules posted with each giveaway. No purchase necessary unless stated. Winners are selected at random or by stated criteria. BirdGang Nation reserves the right to modify or cancel giveaways. Void where prohibited by law.

Donations are voluntary contributions to support BirdGang Nation content creation. Donations are non-refundable and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services. Donors receive no additional rights or privileges beyond any stated acknowledgment.

Betting odds and tips are provided for informational purposes only. BirdGang Nation does not facilitate gambling. Users must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We promote responsible gambling and provide resources for those who need help.

Users may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform; use automated tools to scrape content; impersonate others; engage in harassment or hate speech; post spam or malicious content; violate any applicable laws or regulations.

BirdGang Nation is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
