Paid memberships (Rookie, Pro, MVP tiers) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Membership benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice. Fan Points earned through membership are non-transferable and have no cash value.

By submitting content (reviews, locations, photos, links, comments), you grant BirdGang31 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform. You retain ownership of your original content. You must not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

Giveaways are subject to individual rules posted with each giveaway. No purchase necessary unless stated. Winners are selected at random or by stated criteria. BirdGang31 reserves the right to modify or cancel giveaways. Void where prohibited by law.

Donations are voluntary contributions to support BirdGang31 content creation. Donations are non-refundable and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services. Donors receive no additional rights or privileges beyond any stated acknowledgment.

Betting odds and tips are provided for informational purposes only. BirdGang31 does not facilitate gambling. Users must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We promote responsible gambling and provide resources for those who need help.

Users may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform; use automated tools to scrape content; impersonate others; engage in harassment or hate speech; post spam or malicious content; violate any applicable laws or regulations.
